永磁除鐵器Permanent Magnetic Separator
　　Suspension type permanent-magnetic separator series RCY is high-effective, environment-protective and energy-saving type separator equipment using permanent magnetic materials instead of electromagnetic coils, which products strong magnetic field attraction. The separator body adoptsrare earth permanent magnetic materials featuring high remanence,high coercivity and high magnetic energy as magnetic source. The magnetic property is persistent with high temperature stability. The magnetic steel is chosen from the national famous magnetic material enterprise( national inspection-exempted product) with high purity material and advanced manufacturing process to ensure the magnetic property will not affected by ambient temperature and mechanical vibration. The magnetic material is electroplated on the surface, and assembled with particular clamp by special man, to minimize the difference and make strict anticorrosion treatment. This series links up with transportation equipments such as all types of belt conveyers, vibration conveyers and charging pipelines to from a complete set to remove the iron magnetic materials under weight of 0.1~0.5KG mixed among the non-magnetic materials to ensure normal & safe operation of the next-step equipment (such as muller,crusher,ect.). 　　Series RCYB is made of NdFeB, a high-remanence & coercivity material, which takes the place of ferrite totally, and has many advantages like maintenance-free, strong magnetic force, long life
　　simple installation, light weight, user-friendly operation and reliable performance and is suitable for removing non-magnetic material on the belt conveyer, vibration conveyer, electric-vibrating
　　feeder and feeder groove. It can remove 0.1~35kg iron materials with more than 10 years service time of inner permanent magnet. All technical data accord with standard of J B/T 8711-1 998.
　　When lots of iron materials are attracted onto the bottom of separator, use non-magnetic scraper or gloves to remove them manually. It is suitable for continuous working and low iron-content
　　situation.
